The current systems in this guide also show a clear split between 2018–2023 and 2024–2026 applications. Do not carry an older JL part number into the newer range unless the manufacturer specifically lists it.

Door count becomes part of the product identity
The 3.5-inch 62830 is specifically a 2-door 2018–2023 application. For 2024–2026, the two current systems covered here are both 4-door Unlimited applications. This is why “Wrangler JL” alone is not enough information to select a lift kit.

Rubicon and non-Rubicon split on the 2024–2026 systems
The current 2.5-inch 79330 explicitly excludes Rubicon, while the 3.5-inch 91630 is specifically for 4-door Rubicon spring-rate applications. Both exclude 4xe and 392.
That means a 2024–2026 JL owner cannot safely choose between these systems based on height alone. Trim and powertrain can change the spring application before price, shock choice or tire goal matters.
35-inch tire guidance is kit-specific
The 2.5-inch 79330 notes that 35-inch tires can rub at extreme articulation and that factory-wheel clearance should be checked. The 3.5-inch Rubicon 91630 publishes two 35×12.50 examples: a 17×9 wheel at -12 mm offset and a 20×9 wheel at 0 mm offset.
